Nestled in the heart of the French countryside, this historic presbytère captures the soul of cultural France with its honey-coloured walls, timbered outbuildings, terracotta roofs and tranquil courtyards centred around a timeless fountain. Every corner tells a story of many centuries of tradition while offering the diversity and flexibility to transform effortlessly for intimate holidays, elegant celebrations, creative retreats, or unforgettable private events.

How do you book?
You can book directly through our website, socials, email or via booking.com, subject to availability.
What deposit is required?
A deposit of 250€ is required to confirm your booking, with the full balance due 7 days before arrival.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept bank transfer for all payments.
What is our cancellation policy?
Full details are provided at the time of booking. We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Can I change our booking dates?
Date changes may be possible depending on availability.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Minimum stays vary by season and depending on demand but is usually 4 nights minimum.

Check in is available from 15:00PM.

Check-out is by 12:00PM.
Is self-check in available?
No, guests will be checked in and handed keys by someone on site.
Can you arrive late at night?
Late arrivals can usually be accommodated with advance notice.
Will someone meet us on arrival.
Yes, in most cases someone will be present to check you in, to relay important information and to run through our policy.

Is the property exclusively yours during your stay?
Yes, that is the case with your indoor space. Although there are seperate outdoor dining area, please be aware that the outdoor space is shared with us (the owners) who live across the courtyard.
Is the property suitable for children?
Yes, families are welcome.
Is the property suitable for elderly guests?
Yes, there is sleeping and bathroom facilities on the lower floor but please note that, as a historic building, there may be uneven surfaces and potential steps.
Is there air conditioning?
With the property having naturally cool stone walls there is no need for any AC. We do supply fans for the upper bedrooms during the hottest of seasons.
Is there heating?
No, we don’t offer heating due to the seasons we operate. In some circumstances, we do offer heaters if temperatures are unexpectedly cold.
Is there a fireplace or wood-burning stove?
Yes, guests may enjoy the fireplace during colder temperatures.

Is the garden private?
The outdoor area is shared with us (the owners) who live the other side of the courtyard, although there is separate dinning areas and we try to keep to our own halves to respect privacy, please note the garden green is shared due to our pond needing daily attention and the use of our family only pool.
Is there a pool?
While there is a pool, it is currently not available for the use of guests due to ongoing construction and safety reasons, it is for family use only.
Are there sun loungers?
Yes, we supply sun loungers for guests use only.
Are outdoor dining areas available?
Yes, guests can enjoy dining at the outdoor seating area or under the cave.
Is the garden enclosed?
Yes, our garden is enclosed for families with children.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, the kitchen includes cookware, utensils, appliances, and dining essentials.
Is there a coffee machine?
We offer a cafetière machine along with enough grounded coffee for your arrival.
Is there a dishwasher?
Yes, we advise you use sensibly and of a night to help support our environment.
Is there a barbecue?
Yes, guests are welcome to use the barbecue but please note, it must be cleaned after use, there is a fine if failed to do so.

Yes, complimentary WiFi is available through majority of the indoor property. Due to the thickness of the historic walls, WiFi is not available outside.

Yes, we offer reliable internet and quiet spaces for working.

Yes, free parking is available outside our courtyard gates.
How many vehicles can park?
We advise no more than 3 vehicles as the parking area is shared with the village and the real purpose is parking for the church.
Do I need a car?
Yes, a car is essential to explore the area fully. There is no bus routes or taxi service available and the nearest train station is roughly a 15min drive.
What is the nearest airport?
Limoges-Bellegarde Airport (LIG) is are closest airport only being 67.7km from our property, taking roughly just over 1hr drive via N21. The address is as follows; 81 Av. de l'Aéroport, 87100 Limoges.
Can we arrange airport transfer?
No, we do not offer any add on services or additions to your booking.
